Thanks for making a booking at the Cabin on the Lake!
We’ll try to get back to you within 24 hours to confirm you booking. We reply to all bookings and enquiries, so if you haven’t heard from us please check your ‘SPAM’ or ‘Junk’ folder, lately a lot of our emails are getting lost into junk folders. If you still can’t find a response please give us a ring on 01650 511377 or send an email to firstname.lastname@example.org and we’d be happy to help, it may be that we haven’t received the form.
Occasionally, more than one booking comes in for the same dates on the same day before we had a chance to update the availability calendar. If this happens we’ll process the booking forms “first come first served” and let you know that the dates are no longer available, hopefully we will be able to arrange alternative dates in this case.
Once we have sent the booking confirmation and payment details, the 50% deposit payment will be required (by BACS) within 24 hours or your booking will be cancelled.
