Coronavirus Update

We’re now taking bookings for the summer! Sorry we’ve been a bit confused and we’ve been going round and round in circles trying to decide the best approach. It’s not clear from the Welsh government exactly what the plan for the summer is but let’s choose to be optimistic! So we’re taking bookings from…

  • WALES RESIDENTS: The Welsh Government have indicated that Welsh residents should be able to travel from March 27th so we’re taking bookings from then onwards
  • REST OF THE UK: We can now take bookings from the rest of the UK for any dates after April 12th
  • ALL BOOKINGS will be on the understanding that if it’s not possible to travel due to COVID restrictions we’ll issue a refund (minus £30 to cover the admin & bank charges)
COVID booking terms
  • If you are unable to visit because the area you are travelling from, or to, has issued a COVID travel ban, or you test positive for Coronavirus, we will issue you a refund minus a £30 charge (to cover our bank fees)

We’ve always been very thorough with the cleaning (Dee prides herself in making sure everything is tidy/spotless). We are now also registered with the “Good to Go” scheme which is the tourism industry standard for COVID cleaning.

Existing Bookings

We’re sad if we or you had to cancel your booking and hope you’ll book again soon. If you have  a booking and you know that you can’t come because of COVID restrictions at your location then please get in touch. If we know you can’t come because of COVID restrictions here then we’ll get in touch with you. Until then, stay optimistic, we’ll assume you’re coming until we know for sure that you can’t.
